Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience (4 years preferred in Dotmatics)
Dotmatics Admin experience, including platform administration (Studies Notebook, Inventory, Register)
Strong understanding of Windows/Linux servers, Tomcat, SQL databases, and Active Directory integration
Familiarity with Change/Release Management
Ability to work with vendors, internal IT teams, and scientific end users
Knowledge of system validation, audit trail, and compliance preferred
15 years full-time education
Must have skills: Laboratory Information and Execution Systems

Responsibilities

Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and group policies within the Dotmatics environment
Manage application configurations, data access, and security policies to ensure system compliance
Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, patches, and environment maintenance
Monitor system performance, availability, and storage utilization
Perform data backups, restore operations, and ensure system integrity
Manage integration points between Dotmatics and connected applications
Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting assistance to users
Maintain documentation related to configurations, SOPs, and change management activities
