Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis
Proficiency in synthesizing technical business requirements into actionable work
Experience in mainframe technology and ability to read Cobol
Strong understanding of mainframe architecture and call patterns

Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis (Must Have skill)
Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Good to have: Experience with Agile Project Management, Wealth Management Advisory Solutions

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Collaborate with Generative AI and Development teams to synthesize and refine outputs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate business requirements aligned to fee billing transformation goals
Translate requirements into actionable user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria for development teams
Bridge business and technical teams to ensure legacy functionality is accurately mapped to modernized solutions
Support end-to-end delivery by identifying gaps, resolving ambiguities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
Create detailed documentation for business processes and application functionalities
Manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction with project outcomes
