Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
Oversee the development process and ensure applications meet specified needs
Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to the team
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
