Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to ensure applications are built to the highest standards
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate/contribute in team discussions
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development
