Responsibilities

  • Act as principal subject-matter expert in data analytics, data science, machine learning, generative AI, and emerging topics
  • Lead creation of technical and non-technical content for Professional & Industry Certificates, Short Courses, and MOOCs
  • Research and stay up-to-date on technology trends and new tools to create content meeting market and student demands
  • Establish, implement, and promote best practices in backwards design content development across Bootcamp & Alternative Credential products
  • Provide expert guidance on content and technology best practices in data analytics, data science, machine learning, generative AI, and emerging topics
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Content Strategy and Product Marketing to drive revenue growth and define content development pathways
  • Oversee portfolio of high-profile and complex programs through each lifecycle stage, ensuring development per requirements
  • Define content strategy for subject area, supporting new product creation, maintenance, updates, and retirement
  • Define product enhancements to maintain and improve quality in existing alternative credential products
  • Lead curricular planning, data-driven evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide strategic direction and support for internal stakeholders, external partners, and curriculum/products aligned with business priorities
