Requirements

  • Experience in cannabis cultivation and plant production/monitoring
  • Knowledge of cultivation processes, nutrient mixing, plant applications, pruning, topping, trimming, and plant health analysis per Cresco Labs policy
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, state standards, and Cresco Labs policies/procedures
  • Leadership skills to oversee staff, schedules, inventory, and task delegation
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation (e.g., inventory, crop applications, materials)
  • Availability for Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM schedule
  • Familiarity with industry news, regulations, and changes

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cultivation staff, schedules, processes, and inventory
  • Serve as role model and resource for staff on products, services, policies, procedures, industry news, and regulations
  • Respond to gardener questions, concerns, or suggestions and resolve conflicts
  • Delegate tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians to maintain compliant and clean facility
  • Coordinate with Garden leadership to communicate accurate information to staff
  • Oversee all cultivation tasks/processes and ensure proper documentation per state and Cresco Labs standards
  • Measure, mix, and apply nutrients/plant mixtures according to policy
  • Ensure plant health through pruning, topping, trimming, health analysis, and other required tasks
  • Maintain strain rotation for variety and quantity
  • Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, inventory, crop applications, materials receipt/returns, etc., per state and Cresco Labs standards
