Requirements

  • Current students preferred, junior college or above education
  • At least 3 days onsite per week, able to intern continuously for at least 5 months
  • Serious, responsible, attentive, with a positive attitude
  • Strong learning ability, able to quickly master requirements and complete assigned tasks
  • Strong Office software skills, proficient in Excel, PDF, Word, etc
  • Certain communication ability, email writing skills, able to understand English emails

Responsibilities

  • Assist colleagues in editing, sorting, and integrating reports (Excel format), and complete editing and marking in IQVIA internal system
  • Assist colleagues in collecting, sorting, and integrating PDF scanned invoices
  • Printing, organizing, marking, and mailing PDF invoices
  • Assist with department's admin work in Beijing office, including but not limited to meeting coordination, material management, file management, preparation of customer and market promotional materials, etc
  • Help complete other related tasks assigned by the team
