Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions, deepen relationships by listening to needs, asking questions, and guiding to appropriate financial solutions
  • Provide follow-up to customer questions, find solutions to issues, and maintain responsive, timely correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer business and follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
  • Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to maintain efficient office operations
  • Maintain a balancing record in line with policy, correct outages, and enlist help as needed
  • Stay knowledgeable on bank policies, financial center procedures, and updates
  • Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to leadership
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making, abiding by guidelines and procedures
  • Identify customer needs during interactions and outreach, refer to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations
  • Build and maintain knowledge of Retail products and services
  • Utilize tools for tracking referrals to personal bankers and business partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned
