Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions and refer customers to appropriate business partners for consultative conversations
  • Deepen relationships by listening to customer needs, asking questions, guiding them to financial solutions, providing follow-up, and maintaining confidentiality
  • Be responsive and timely with correspondence, following the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
  • Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to maintain efficient operations
  • Maintain a balancing record in line with policy, correct outages, and enlist help as needed
  • Stay updated on bank policies and financial center procedures
  • Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to leadership
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making, abiding by guidelines and procedures
  • Identify customer needs during interactions and outreach, refer to Bankers and business partners
  • Build and maintain knowledge of Retail products and services
  • Utilize tools for tracking referrals to personal bankers and business partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned
