Responsibilities

The Video Editor and Animator will arrange, assemble, and process recorded and stock footage into seamless, engaging videos that align with the director’s vision and project goals. They will create high-quality videos and short clips for various platforms, including YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. The role involves editing film pieces to ensure smooth transitions, handling and organizing video files, and exporting videos for mobile and web distribution. Responsibilities also include understanding production team needs, reviewing scripts and raw footage, trimming and sequencing footage, adding music and graphics, and ensuring logical sequencing. Furthermore, the candidate will develop and execute strategies to attract and retain subscribers on the Token Metrics YouTube channel, implementing new editing technologies and best practices, and adjusting formats and file sizes as needed.
