Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience, with a graduate degree preferred. A minimum of five years of related work experience is required, and two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects is preferred. Experience in data governance, CRM systems, and Digital Product Management is preferred. Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Boomi, Jira, and Tableau is essential. Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills are also required. Sponsorship is not offered for this position.
Establish and lead a CRM Data Governance Forum to align stakeholders on data standards, policies, and priorities. Prepare ongoing and ad-hoc reports of high complexity to support business goals. Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data, verifying its quality, accuracy, and reasonableness. Collaborate across teams to address data cleanliness needs and organizational challenges, ensuring high-quality CRM data. Consult and anticipate reporting needs using deep business acumen, and proactively adjust reporting strategy based on business decisions. Stay abreast of advancements in reporting technology and participate in continued learning. Communicate report results to leaders and management. Support technical requirement gathering for data-related enhancements and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Monitor and report on data quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving remediation efforts. Review queries for performance issues and make necessary changes. Act as a team expert for escalated query or report-writing issues. Lead the design and development of the system, and create user documentation. Partner with IT, data analytics, and business teams to ensure CRM data supports strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
