Responsibilities

As a Cribl Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining various clients’ Cribl and Splunk instances, focusing on Cribl pipeline development, parsing, tuning, and content enablement within both platforms. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions, design and implement ground up Cribl and Splunk installations, and troubleshoot and resolve production issues in both Cribl and Splunk environments. Furthermore, they will contribute to developing custom Splunk content, including scheduled searches, reports, and dashboards, and provide technical backing to the PS team, supporting federal customers.
