Responsibilities

The Credentialing Associate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned providers and insurance payors, preparing, submitting, and tracking credentialing applications. They will perform primary source verification for licenses and certifications, assist providers with CAQH profiles, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues. The role involves maintaining up-to-date provider records and communicating clearly with providers and partners throughout the credentialing process, while also partnering with external payors to address delays.
