Candidates should possess a high school diploma, strong English fluency, and at least one year of experience in fraud investigations. Familiarity with Salesforce and the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets using Excel are also required.
The Credentialing Analyst will investigate potential subscribers to eliminate fraudulent use, ensuring compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act regulations. They will obtain supporting documentation for due diligence, compliance, legal use, permissible purpose, and financial stability, while also educating potential clients on permissible purpose and appropriate use of credit reports. The analyst will update Salesforce and mainframe accounts, analyze business reports, provide setup assistance to customers, and contribute to special projects or process improvements.
