  • Seasoned creative strategist with experience in global clients in portfolio settings or multi-market campaigns due to cross-regional duties (UK, US majority, Europe, India, South Korea, Singapore)
  • Visionary strategist embracing blend of technology and storytelling
  • Thinks ahead, planning next features/products with immersive storytelling in mind
  • Skills in providing audience-centered ideas that meet brand objectives
  • Ability to meet with CCOs or CMOs at Fortune 500 brands to motivate innovations and recommendations
  • Develops narratives, playbooks, and frameworks for internal/external collaborators on platform possibilities
  • Builds and leads responses to global, multinational clients (major CPG, tech, telco brands)
  • Individual contributor (IC) role but works with regional creative strategists, leads global clients/initiatives as upstream partner
  • Inspires others, solves complex creative/operational problems
  • Thinks broadly about advertising industry dynamics and applies to positioning, products, programs, offerings
  • Builds award-winning portfolio

Responsibilities

  • Together with Head of EMEA & Global Accounts, support Creative Lab in producing effective concepts, positioning, creative solutions for Global Accounts (CPG, Tech, Telco, other sectors)
  • Build and deliver global ideas, presentations, playbooks, creative frameworks, narratives to guide biggest clients in storytelling
  • Encourage/inform internal/external groups on impact of creativity linking brands to audiences
  • Manage global accounts books of business; collaborate with heads of global agencies on strategic direction to establish world-class advertising platform
  • Work alongside clients/agencies to produce award-winning advertising on Spotify at scale
  • Support operational responsibilities: account/resource management, tracking/reporting objectives/key results, processes within team and cross-functional teams
