Requirements

  • Ability to communicate and enforce best practices related to workflow and tools
  • Ability to suggest improvements to digital production workflow and planning process

  • Experience managing user interface (UI) design, including visual effort
  • Ability to develop and champion visual design philosophy
  • Ability to provide creative direction, creating templates/styles for client brands
  • Ability to create accurate time estimations of design tasks
  • Ability to delegate and oversee graphic development by team members or contractors
  • Ability to initiate creation of visual design strategy
  • Ability to execute and/or supervise design and production of graphics for various areas

Responsibilities

  • Inspiring creativity throughout all design work (print, digital etc.) and ensuring design team awareness of trends, improvements in techniques and technology relevant to business
  • Working closely with copywriters for alignment of copy and design
  • Accountable for end-to-end orchestration to ensure delivery of artworks from pertinent stakeholders
  • Extracting relevant assets from Library and providing to internal team for image correction, renditions etc
  • Driving clear objective of service adoption and best practice guidance at global and local markets
  • Managing the graphic requests system, verifying accuracy of requests, coordinating with scheduling, finishing and designers, and communicating updates/changes to stakeholders
  • Regularly monitoring production program for new requests and communicating to creative leads any potential new, updated or revised design requests
  • Overseeing production with heavy volume and fast turnaround of deliverables for all requests
  • Coordinating with strategic agencies and global stakeholders from client’s end
  • Performing quality control and improvement of design output to meet project requirements
  • Maintaining communication and cordial relationships between design and other departments
  • Overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of projects relying on digital tools and technologies, managing tasks, resources, timelines, and communication channels
