  • Any Graduation or Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Design-related field (or equivalent industry experience)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience (with specifics: Analyst 4+ years, Senior Analyst 6+ years in UI/UX field; people management experience an added advantage)
  • Skill in Marketing Operations - Creative Design
  • Proven experience in delivering design concepts, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling visual design and interaction design for platforms including Portals, Print, iPad Apps, Video, and Email design
  • Guide/mentor fellow designers
  • Anticipate user needs and suggest ways for the business to address them
  • Present to stakeholders, collaborate on ideas, and help find better ways to do things
  • Participate in the design team’s process and decision-making, including planning, prioritizing, and scheduling
  • Participate in concept sessions leveraging ethnographic research and design thinking
  • Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for project schedules and quality requirements
  • Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in video production communities and suggest implementations
  • Guide team on best practices, new technologies, and tools in the market
  • Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments
  • Interact with peers, clients, and Accenture management
  • Make decisions impacting own work and potentially others as an individual contributor or overseeing small work efforts/teams
  • Work in rotational shifts if required
