Requirements

  • Proven experience: 5–7 years in creative/video production at a digital-first or consumer brand, with at least 1-2 years of having managed a team
  • Strong portfolio: A body of work that demonstrates impactful storytelling across formats
  • Technical expertise: Skilled in production and post-production — proficient with the technicalities of cameras, lighting, editing, motion
  • Organized mindset: Excellent project management and multitasking skills that complement creative vision with execution needed to produce at scale with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative curiosity: Willingness to experiment with new tools, formats, and emerging AI tech to match volume and scale
  • Based in Bengaluru or open to relocating to the city

Responsibilities

  • Lead video production for Headout’s experiences end-to-end, from planning and shooting on-site at experience locations globally to shaping the final cut
  • Bring creative vision, technical know-how, and strong storytelling skills to produce content that inspires travelers and carves out a distinct niche for the brand
  • Shape compelling stories: Develop video concepts that strengthen Headout’s brand voice and positioning
  • Lead production globally: Plan and direct shoots at partner experiences across multiple cities around the world, and lead logistics, crew, and talent
  • Repurpose smartly: Adapt content to deliver high-quality output used across formats for social, web, and ads
  • Build systems to scale production: Create production playbooks and vendor relationships that deliver with volume and scale
  • Produce content across formats and platforms ranging from polished brand films to social-first reels and shorts
