Responsibilities

  • Onboard, train, and support new users on Pod/Squad processes
  • Maintain templates, reports, and dashboards to track operational metrics
  • Cascade enterprise-level process and system changes
  • Provide first-line technical support and escalate issues as needed
  • Keep process and template documentation current
  • Stay up to date on Workfront releases; test and recommend new features for adoption
  • Partner with Pods/Squads to refine workflows and improve efficiency
  • Support onboarding of new groups into Workfront with training and templates
  • Gather user feedback and share with the System Administrator for enterprise improvements
  • Champion assigned Pods and Squads, driving adoption of Workfront processes, accurate reporting, and efficient workflows
  • Serve as the first point of contact for onboarding, support, and process improvements
  • Help teams take advantage of new system functionality
