Candidates should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, art direction, and concept development. Strong knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other visual design tools is required. A demonstrable graphic and multimedia design portfolio is necessary, along with strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
The Creative Marketing Specialist will ideate and create content marketing initiatives, develop platforms for the website and online channels, and manage CRM initiatives. They will design and create materials for print and digital platforms, including social media and email campaigns. The specialist will collaborate closely with the creative team, generate ideas with the marketing team, produce sketches and storyboards, ensure adherence to branding guidelines, deliver high-quality creative output on schedule, and stay updated on new creative marketing trends.
