Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design
  • Strong portfolio and reel showing proven experience in UI app flows and explainer style videos
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
  • Experience in Cinema 4D and other industry-standard motion & video software (favourable)
  • Problem solving capabilities and openness to learning the newest tools
  • Eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Versatile creative skills with mastery in type and brand
  • Ability to work 3 days per week in the office

Responsibilities

  • Create complex animations for a variety of digital media platforms across various lines of business
  • Take and implement feedback
  • Produce versions of content that demonstrate awareness of the content’s intended end use and resolve potential problems ahead of time
  • Collaborate and build relationships within the Wander team, as well as across other agency disciplines and offices
  • Maintain focus and quality of output while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle conceptualization to execution and delivery as a trusted consultant throughout the creative process, bringing ideas and vision to life
