Responsibilities

Plan and schedule crane operations across multiple projects, ensuring availability and readiness of equipment

Ensure safety compliance by conducting inspections, monitoring weather conditions, and enforcing safety protocols
Supervise critical and complex lifts, selecting appropriate cranes and rigging equipment for each task
Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, crane operators, and site personnel for smooth operations
Manage logistics and administration, including crane transportation and site inductions
Oversee maintenance and repairs of cranes to ensure operational reliability and adherence to procedures
Maintain accurate documentation of crane operations, incidents, and compliance records
