Requirements

Bachelor's degree in social services with at least one year of experience in counseling or case management
Experience working with children and families, particularly families involved with the child welfare system and/or affected by trauma (preferred)
Ability to facilitate positive interactions and work collaboratively with families
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle, and an acceptable driving record
Bilingual (Spanish proficient) (needed/preferred)

Responsibilities

Carry small caseload of 4-6 families
Hold family sessions with each family 3 times a week scheduled at the convenience of the families
Provide treatment in families' homes, schools, and other community settings as needed
Participate in weekly supervisions and clinical consultation meetings
Provide on-call availability to support families
Address behavioral health needs to support family functioning and stability
Implement and adjust evidence-based intervention strategies to align with family goals
Collaborate with peers, DCP&P, and other community providers to ensure continuity of care and support for the family
Complete necessary documentation required for Youth Villages Intercept program and Acenda
Complete all required documentation related to families such as bi-weekly treatment plans, weekly session notes, and ongoing clinical assessments
Participate in weekly supervision/professional development, weekly group supervision, and clinical case consultation calls
