Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience or equivalent in managing a Sales team (SaaS experience required)
  • Experience managing deal cycles of 6 months + with average contract values in excess of 100K€
  • Experience driving growth within the French Market
  • Passionate about Pigment’s overall mission and how it can bring value to clients
  • Experience implementing and driving a structured sales approach

Responsibilities

  • Drive Pigment’s customer acquisition across France, Southern Europe, and the Benelux, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and execute Sales Led Growth strategies with a heavy outbound emphasis
  • Partner with Regional and Global Sales Leadership to identify, develop, and implement effective sales strategies across Europe
  • Manage, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives in Europe to meet and exceed goals
  • Mentor new Account Executives with training on product knowledge, buyer personas, competition, and tooling
  • Drive ownership for individual performance, define and manage monthly and quarterly sales objectives, and build metrics for visibility
  • Measure and manage the pipeline, and provide accurate ongoing forecasts
  • Drive sales cycles for critical wins, uncover problems, present solutions, manage cycles, and close high-visibility deals
  • Foster a positive team culture of collaboration, learning, and trust
  • Work with Marketing to set the vision and execution of demand generation activities
  • Accurately forecast team’s performance on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Implement, execute, and improve effective processes, tools, and motivational activities with the RevOps team
