Requirements

  • Deep understanding of commercial lease terms and rate structures, and a basic understanding of commercial construction and furniture (timelines, basis costs, complexity of various project types)
  • Ability to “self-start” based on developing needs of CREW and Acrisure, while also recording duties and actions to create a standard playbook for SIM duties, market plans, and supply/demand studies
  • Ability to build rapport, collaborate but negotiate respectfully with senior leaders, and create (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and present briefings
  • Project and time management skills to handle a high-volume of individual tactics/studies at various stages
  • Decisiveness in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment as Acrisure continues to rapidly grow
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
  • Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 5-years experience in CRE Relationship Management, Leasing, Occupancy Planning, or similar real estate roles
  • Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership

Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert in unique real estate related requirements, to include RESPA separation requirements, engagement with clients and employees, and privacy needs based on roles and title, across diverse business lines including retail insurance, mortgage, title, and corporate business and functions
  • Connect regularly with business operational leaders for updated business growth plans, and translate those plans to corporate initiatives, including Return-to-Office (RTO) and location consolidations to enhance collaboration, cross-selling, and culture
  • Creation of market-based plans, spanning multiple lines of business, to optimize locations and square footage across North America, incorporating local rental rates, building and market amenities, lease expirations, and space/design standards
  • Individual analysis of supply (real estate) and demand (seat needs) in a market and building, to include spreadsheet analysis of employees and locations, interviews with business leaders to assess data accuracy, integration with HR to determine accommodations allowing remote work, and preliminary floor/space analysis prior to handoff to occupancy planning and leasing
