Responsibilities

  • Prepare, draft and negotiate a broad array of commercial contracts
  • Develop and apply knowledge of Plexus to support resolution of contract issues in a timely manner and with an appropriate balance of risk and reward
  • Resolve disputes with customers and suppliers
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience to internal and external customers by providing effective guidance and solutions, listening, delivering on commitments, seeking opportunities to learn and teach, and being respectful and passionate
  • Provide support, advice and counsel to the Plexus, and lead continuous improvement activities, on various compliance matters as assigned, which may include government contracting, ethics, finance-related compliance, FDA compliance, and privacy
  • Provide support, advice and counsel to the Plexus, and lead continuous improvement activities, on various corporate matters as assigned, which may include (without limitation) IP, treasury/finance, IT, corporate development, risk management, insurance, and real estate
  • Interpret applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, including jurisdictions outside of the United States, as necessary to provide legal advice to the Company
  • Conduct legal research
  • Manage outside counsel
