Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in good standing
  • 2–5 years of in-house corporate counsel experience, preferably in technology, software, hardware, or highly regulated industries
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver clear, actionable legal advice
  • Passion for autonomous vehicles, robotics, AI, and emerging technologies
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no relocation sponsorship or remote work options available)

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, vendor agreements (hardware, software, sensors), intellectual property licenses, and employment agreements
  • Advise engineering, product, and business development teams on data privacy, product liability, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements affecting autonomous vehicles and robotics
  • Support the preparation and review of employment agreements; assess legal risks in labor and employment matters
  • Conduct legal research and develop practical, forward-looking solutions to novel challenges in autonomy and robotics
