Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, vendor agreements (hardware, software, sensors), intellectual property licenses, and employment agreements
Advise engineering, product, and business development teams on data privacy, product liability, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements affecting autonomous vehicles and robotics
Support the preparation and review of employment agreements; assess legal risks in labor and employment matters
Conduct legal research and develop practical, forward-looking solutions to novel challenges in autonomy and robotics
