Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communications, or related field
3+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showcasing relevant and recent work (required with application)
Strong skills in visual storytelling and the ability to balance creativity with brand consistency
Experience working collaboratively across teams and levels
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high-quality results
Bonus: Experience with WordPress, Premiere, Motion Graphics, or Microsoft SharePoint

Responsibilities

Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for blogs, social media, internal communications, and event materials
Adapt and refine existing templates to meet project needs while keeping designs fresh and engaging
Develop visuals for digital campaigns, intranet pages, and web content
Support presentation design for webinars, workshops, and conferences
Partner with Communications Strategists to translate ideas into visuals that tell a story
Work directly with staff to understand content needs and recommend creative approaches
Provide feedback and suggestions on how design can strengthen messaging and engagement
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines while finding creative ways to keep the look and feel current
Suggest updates to templates, graphics, and other visual tools to improve usability and impact
Share design trends and ideas that can help communicate more effectively
