Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills; experience managing multiple initiatives and prioritizing effectively

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and execution of media interviews, conferences, priority travel, firm milestones, and other high-visibility engagements. Provide support during critical communications moments, including quarterly earnings, major announcements, and firm milestones
Draft and edit press releases, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the firm’s messaging strategy
Prepare briefing materials for senior executives ahead of media interviews and public-facing engagements, collaborating with stakeholders across Public Affairs and Blackstone business units
Track and analyze media coverage, providing insights and updates to executives and the broader Public Affairs team
Develop and execute internal messaging for company-wide updates, announcements, and events, ensuring clear and engaging communication
Support executives during interviews and events, coordinating logistics with internal teams and external stakeholders, including preparation, follow-up, and review processes (e.g., legal and stakeholder approvals)
Oversee content creation, review, and strategy for the firm’s social media platforms
