Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and execution of media interviews, conferences, priority travel, firm milestones, and other high-visibility engagements. Provide support during critical communications moments, including quarterly earnings, major announcements, and firm milestones
  • Draft and edit press releases, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the firm’s messaging strategy
  • Prepare briefing materials for senior executives ahead of media interviews and public-facing engagements, collaborating with stakeholders across Public Affairs and Blackstone business units
  • Track and analyze media coverage, providing insights and updates to executives and the broader Public Affairs team
  • Develop and execute internal messaging for company-wide updates, announcements, and events, ensuring clear and engaging communication
  • Support executives during interviews and events, coordinating logistics with internal teams and external stakeholders, including preparation, follow-up, and review processes (e.g., legal and stakeholder approvals)
  • Oversee content creation, review, and strategy for the firm’s social media platforms
