End-to-end processing of various corporate action events, including mandatory & voluntary Corporate Actions, Bank Loan Amendments & Restructures, Proxy Voting, Defaulted Securities, and Class Action Litigations
Data governance
Automation of processes
Serve as an integral link between Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, Account Management, and IMS Operations teams
Optimize workflows and increase connectivity between departments through technology
