Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with department managers
Demonstrated ability to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time

Responsibilities

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including AP/AR, cash receipts, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and fixed asset reconciliations
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies, and principles
Coordinate and complete annual reviews with external CPA firms
Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax returns, annual W-2s, and 1099s
Oversee annual business and medical insurance renewals
Collaborate with the CFO and external firms for annual audits (workers comp and 401k)
