Commercial Account Manager

Candidates must possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate a willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direct supervision. They should also have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours. Previous sales experience (1 year preferred) and MBO experience are also desired.
The Core Crew member will provide front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager, generating sales, promoting the studio, and delivering a positive client experience with professionalism and patience. Responsibilities include connecting with clients, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts, educating about offers, and thanking clients. The role also involves regularly interacting with clients, assessing their needs and expectations, responding to requests and concerns, maintaining product knowledge, performing system tasks, assisting with daily operations, communicating studio issues and events, addressing maintenance issues, following up with client lists, responding to client emails, and alerting coaches about client milestones. Finally, the Core Crew member will support the Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches in providing a superior experience to clients and completing other tasks or projects as needed.
