Requirements

  • High school degree (or equivalent degree)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • ERP knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Fluent in English (any other European language is an advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Process (investigate and close) the complaints (Logistic Quality Complaints & Non-Conformances) and monitor and discuss the performance with the 3PL. Challenge them to take counter measures if necessary
  • Support the Logistics & Distribution team continuous improvements, related to customer satisfaction, overall logistics performance or cost reductions
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks that may utilize various systems, such as Oracle and SmartSolve, involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment
  • Work with occasional guidance in own area of responsibilities; complete main tasks with a limited degree of supervision after the onboarding period, supporting the Logistics & Distribution team with operational tasks related to Inbound, Inventory, Outbound and Quality
  • Ensure Site KPIs, such as On time Delivery (OTD), Dock to Stock, Quality, Stock accuracy on departmental level
