High school degree (or equivalent degree)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations
ERP knowledge
Strong analytical skills
Good Excel knowledge
Fluent in English (any other European language is an advantage)

Responsibilities

Process (investigate and close) the complaints (Logistic Quality Complaints & Non-Conformances) and monitor and discuss the performance with the 3PL. Challenge them to take counter measures if necessary
Support the Logistics & Distribution team continuous improvements, related to customer satisfaction, overall logistics performance or cost reductions
Perform operational and administrative tasks that may utilize various systems, such as Oracle and SmartSolve, involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment
Work with occasional guidance in own area of responsibilities; complete main tasks with a limited degree of supervision after the onboarding period, supporting the Logistics & Distribution team with operational tasks related to Inbound, Inventory, Outbound and Quality
Ensure Site KPIs, such as On time Delivery (OTD), Dock to Stock, Quality, Stock accuracy on departmental level
