Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of related experience in Business Administration, Finance, Commercialization, or Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with excellent numerical ability and the capacity to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the fashion category strategy by managing operational workflows, documentation, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners
  • International Labor Standards (ILS) follow up
  • Insurance compliance from licensees / Follow up on licensees’ audits
  • Maintain and update business tracking tools, including product pipelines, forecasts, calendars, and licensee performance reports
  • Assist in the product development and approval process, ensuring timely submissions, feedback coordination, and compliance with brand and quality standards
  • Prepare business reports, presentations, and data analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication with Marketing, Retail, Finance, Legal, Product Approvals, and other teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Track deadlines and key milestones for category launches, ensuring that licensees and internal partners meet deliverables
  • Support licensee relationship management by organizing meetings, documenting action items, and monitoring follow-ups
  • Ensure proper record-keeping, contract file management, and workflow accuracy to maintain audit and compliance standards
