Responsibilities

Ensure the standardization and updating of job descriptions, job profiles, organizational charts of the site
Ensure the follow-up of performance management for HRs
Contribute to the implementation of the talent management process for all coordinators and managers
Conduct development and recruitment interviews for coordinators and ensure the implementation of the recruitment plan for IS, IH and DH according to the HR Department QVC
Develop, implement & improve the On-boarding process for IS
Develop, evaluate and improve the recruitment tools for IS, IH and HR: Individual interviews, group interviews, tests
Create, maintain and communicate the monitoring of the recruitment activities of IS, IH and DH via follow-up tools (Workday, tracking file)
Develop & maintain a database of external and internal candidates: develop a pool of candidates ahead of time with a proactive approach
Ensure the smooth running of the site's training center
Participate in training analyses
Guarantee the implementation, follow-up and improvement of the OS
Ensure the implementation of training plans at each site level: Supplementary, Lean
Establish the training programs and their content (Theory/application/method/testing)
Create a technical training budget
Analyze the efficiency of training periods
Conduct audits at plant level to ensure implementation of systems and processes
Standardize training & new initiatives in all sites: Versatility Matrix, On the Job Training
Conduct analyses of satisfaction with the training courses
Participate in continuous improvement projects related to training & development
Contribute to the improvement of equipment and training areas
Ensure compliance with quality standards
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Ensure compliance with environmental standards
