Requirements

  • Experience in coordinating electrical installations in photovoltaic (FV EPC) or renewable energy projects
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, cost, and deadline management in construction projects
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, including contractual, technical specifications, and economic aspects
  • Proficiency in budget preparation, cost control, certifications, and economic reporting
  • Skills in multidisciplinary team coordination, progress monitoring, and schedule management
  • Familiarity with project documentation, technical standards, and quality processes
  • Understanding of HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) requirements and risk control
  • Availability for full-time role in Guadalajara (Spain) on a renewable energy project

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company with subcontractors in electrical scope and manage their contracts
  • Draft technical specifications for subcontracting, focusing on scopes, execution units, measurement, payment, and construction timelines
  • Collaborate on budget preparation for executive committee and country manager approval
  • Ensure compliance with approved cost budgets (subcontracts or own resources)
  • Manage certification processes for subcontracted activities
  • Issue periodic economic reports on costs, deviations, and timelines to Site Manager or Corporate Coordinator
  • Ensure full compliance with safety and health regulations for personnel under charge
  • Monitor activity schedules, interferences, progress deviations, and propose action plans
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and direct site operations
  • Oversee construction adherence to quality standards and approved processes
  • Conduct and coordinate internal meetings and work sessions with Site Manager
  • Coordinate project areas (subcontractors, HSEQ, Purchasing, Logistics, Surveying, etc.)
  • Supervise all technical activities and supervision team actions
  • Organize and manage technical information/documentation post-construction
  • Participate in supplier performance evaluations with Production team
  • Comply with safety, quality, and environmental requirements in management plans
