Responsibilities

  • Manage proper prospecting and opening of prefectures, public bodies, or networks affecting public access to FreeStyle Libre line products
  • Disclose product strategies to the sales force, encouraging adoption of planned strategies
  • Prepare managerial reports with information on responsible products
  • Define approach strategies and promotional materials for responsible products, identifying positioning, benefits, and key messages
  • Ensure correct identification and mapping of main stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Manage and execute the construction and cultivation of client relationships to drive new sales and protect base business
  • Inform all involved areas about product positioning and future actions, seeking fulfillment of the strategic plan
  • Comply with policies and procedures related to activities according to implemented quality systems
  • Review and ensure proposals for consulting services and IT solutions address client needs and align with Abbott's quality, capacity, and pricing requirements
  • Participate in developing and managing the account strategic plan, including role assignments, expectations, responsibilities, timelines, and continuous team communication
  • Ensure the team acts as trusted consultants for the client, monitoring and ensuring correct implementation of solutions, staying close to the implementation team for excellent performance
  • Act as internal client advocate, cultivating internal Abbott relationships to leverage strategic and commercial objectives
  • Manage and direct execution of sales plans and visits, respecting client engagement rules, sales cadence, defined steps, and system registrations
  • Ensure correct execution of the sales plan through regular meetings
  • Provide market access, clinical sales support, clinical guidance in solution implementation, consulting, education, client training, and support in sales force education as a specialized consultant
  • Lead health projects based on data
