Deep knowledge of and experience with manufacturing processes
Ability to build relationships, establish order, and maintain clear communication channels

Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities to design and develop PLC programs to control and automate industrial processes
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure successful implementation
Skills in testing and troubleshooting PLC systems to ensure proper functionality
Ability to modify and optimize existing PLC programs to improve performance and efficiency (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
Proficiency in documenting PLC programs, including code, wiring diagrams, and operating instructions
Ability to develop modifications of components for manufacturing machines
Skills to review specifications of blueprints of mechanical and electrical components of machines
