Responsibilities

Support preparation and submission of recurring regulatory and government reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Participate in Month-End Close (MEC) activities, including journal entries and related financial processes
Ensure compliance through review, reconciliation, and documentation of financial activities such as pre-tax earnings, escalatable items, property tax inventories, intangible asset postings, and other key tasks
Provide complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business
Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making
Provide analytics to business initiatives, typically representing a sub-function within finance for a particular business
Support policy and process improvement and identify opportunities
Identify issues and propose solutions
Represent finance on cross-functional teams
Provide mentoring and guidance to analysts
