Requirements

  • Graduated in accounting, business administration, economics, production engineering, or related areas
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in finance (including internship time)
  • Initiative and proactivity, organization, good problem-solving ability, teamwork spirit, and interest in learning new tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Advanced English communication (Spanish is a differential)
  • Might have knowledge of international accounting standards
  • Might have international experience (differential)
  • Familiarity or interest in automation tools such as PowerBI or SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the accounting closing process, mainly analyzing costs & expenses, revenue, fixed assets, and other balance sheet areas
  • Explain and provide insights on variations in results and changes that occurred during the period
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose corrective actions to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure SOX compliance in accordance with established internal flows and controls
  • Support internal and external audit processes, preparing documentation and clarifications as needed
  • Collaborate and communicate with different internal areas to optimize processes and ensure alignment with global standards
