Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5 – 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP
Hands-on experience with S4Hana & Concur preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to interface with different levels of the workforce
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, monthly close processes, settling monthly intercompany receivables & payables
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and accounting policies
Record acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation of fixed assets
Oversee Concur review and approvals, monthly billing & accruals
Maintain and enhance accounting systems, processes, and documentation
Support internal and external audits: ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Ensure compliance with policies related to ethics, confidentiality, and safety
Perform additional accounting tasks and special projects as needed
Perform complex bank and account reconciliations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting
Identify process improvement opportunities within accounting workflows and systems
