The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, including treasury and cash management, and will be responsible for designing and implementing accounting policies and improving procedures and internal controls. Key duties include ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, maintaining internal controls, coordinating audit activities, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and planning, managing organizational cash flow, tracking invested assets, and supervising accounting staff. The role also involves strengthening internal communications, promoting a positive work environment, and advising staff on financial transactions.
