Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses
  • Establish and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, coordinating audits and reviews by external auditors and regulatory agencies
  • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and revenue optimization efforts
  • Oversee the financial administration of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals
