Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in customer support, call center, or other client-facing environments
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and ticketing tool skills
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, or within the transport/technical sector is a plus
  • Self-driven and organized, with strong prioritization and workflow management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced operational environment

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage TaaS fleet operations through the GMC platform to ensure timely service and alert resolution
  • Respond to alerts by communicating with fleets, service providers, and installation partners to confirm service delivery
  • Authorize or reject jobs for TaaS accounts, verifying data accuracy and ensuring alignment with initial applications
  • Coordinate vehicle availability with fleet partners to enable service scheduling
  • Follow up with service providers when jobs are delayed or missing, ensuring smooth operational flow
  • Arrange breakdown and roadside assistance in collaboration with Goodyear Service line and relevant providers
  • Provide Level 1 technical support, including remote checks on telematics units (TCUs) and sensors
  • Maintain data accuracy and support daily operations within GMC, Salesforce, and MyWay systems
