Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
3+ years of government or commercial contracts experience, including contract negotiations, contract closeout, and pre and post RFP activities
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships, internally and externally
Strong analytical and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage constantly evolving priorities
Highly attentive individual with a customer-centric approach, sound judgment, work ethic, professional integrity, and a keen eye for detail
Advanced MS Office or Office 365 skills (Salesforce experience is a plus)
IACCM or NCMA certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Review, negotiate, and administer commercial and government-related contracts on behalf of assigned CAD business units in accordance with corporate and departmental policies and procedures, including without limitation, price updates, audits, reports, and payments
Provide contract guidance to key internal stakeholders for legal, financial, regulatory, and other business concerns identifying areas of risk
Support the development and submission of RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses
Ensure appropriate compliance reviews are completed including but not limited to import/export regulations and country of origin certificates
Resolve and document customer issues in a timely manner
Support and participate in process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and standardization such as establishing templates, standardizing playbooks, process updates, etc
Manage and provide certificates of insurance requests
Maintain contracts team intranet resource site
Manage the general mailbox and assignments
Support and assist the contracts team with contract administration activities as needed
Data entry and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
