Contracts manager, North America at Rockwell Automation

The position is hybrid, combining work-from-home with time at a Rockwell Automation facility in Mexico City, Mexico or Sao Paolo, Brasil, with employees expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays. Occasional business travel within the designated region(s) is required.

Candidates need 3 to 5 years’ experience in negotiating terms and conditions of sales or purchase contracts, a Bachelor’s Degree in law or business or related field, and excellent English speaking, comprehension, and writing skills.

Preferred skills include additional language proficiency, a postgraduate degree in law, information security, cybersecurity, or related field, experience negotiating contracts for Engineered-To-Order Solutions, Engineering Services, Software, Industrial Automation, or Technology, and experience with regulatory compliance in cybersecurity, intellectual property, AI, and data privacy.
