Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • 3-4 years drafting/reviewing/redlining/negotiating contracts preferably within a corporate legal department or contracts administration department or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Fluent English skills
  • Comfort and experience with legal terminology
  • Strong project management expertise combined with excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers
  • Experience with a contracts lifecycle management system like CONGA, Ironclad, Agiloft is a plus
  • Resume/CV must be submitted in English

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review legal and business terms under the guidance of the contract’s playbook, as well as attorney support, as needed
  • Independently manage high volume legal reviews of contracts for all contract sizes (large complex contracts and small standard) with minimal guidance and in accordance with expected turnaround times
  • Develop broad knowledge of the IQVIA US Business Line and each service line and their respective products/services through the review and preparation of agreements, as well as formal and informal learning opportunities
  • Communicate/articulate concerns to appropriate USCC and business representatives
  • Leverage business experience utilizing business acumen to identify solutions to address client concerns while aligning to IQVIA business objectives
  • Identify and assist in the implementation/communication of contracting efficiencies, as appropriate, and often with collaboration from other departments and stakeholders
