Bachelor degree in law
Authorized and licensed to practice law in Brazil
Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience (consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing experience preferred)
Ability to handle large workload

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good judgment
Accomplished negotiator with an understanding of principle-based negotiation strategy and tactics, including the ability to present alternatives with proposed solutions
Experience negotiating and drafting services agreements
Understand basic principles of Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Management

Good understanding of contracting/risk issues, including IP, as they apply to digital, consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing transactions

Responsibilities

Review, draft and negotiate - with limited supervision - several types of contractual agreements, including letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, contract amendments, subcontract agreements, services agreements, procurement agreements and requests for proposals
Assist more senior level Contracting Professionals in managing more complex work within a fast-moving corporate environment
Structure client transactions to be most advantageous from a contracting and business perspective
Advise and consult company professionals based on accurate interpretation of contract documents and the facts of a business opportunity
Support the development of internal guidelines, toolkits, and packaged knowledge capital on various legal and business issues
Educate company professionals in regard to contracting and risk management issues
Represent the company’s interests and interface directly with client negotiating teams
