Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields (Legal preferred)
Experience in Legal or Procurement responsibilities
Familiarity with legal documents and understanding of complex legal terms and texts
Active negotiation and influencing skills
Eagerness to learn
Ability to analyze data and transform it into information
Knowledge of procurement processes and tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end contract management (draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts and agreements to identify/mitigate/eliminate unusual risks, liabilities, and remedies)
Act as a liaison between different divisions and partners across the globe to ensure the most effective and compliant contract process
Prepare, execute, and archive relevant procurement legal documents (including MSAs, amendments, schedules, NDSAs, etc.)
Negotiate with suppliers on non-commercial contract terms to minimize enterprise risk
Manage document processes/approvals required for general business and SOX compliance
Assist with other projects as necessary, including reporting on relevant productivity and velocity metrics
Identify and implement process enhancements to drive continuous improvement
