Proven ability in investigator grant negotiation, effective English and local language communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical product development process and CRO involvement is also necessary.
The Site Contract Specialist will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with study sites according to local processes. This includes negotiating investigator grant budgets, contractual terms, and conditions within approved parameters while ensuring compliance with company and client expectations. The role involves identifying and assessing risks, providing recommendations for negotiations, coordinating with internal departments to align site startup activities with contractual timelines, and achieving target cycle times for site activations.
